Indonesian law requires a valid motorcycle license — your home country license plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) covering motorcycles is the safest combination. We will check it on delivery for your protection.
We deliver your scooter free of charge to any villa, hotel, or homestay in central Ubud. For destinations outside Ubud, a small fuel-only fee applies — just ask via WhatsApp.
Two clean helmets, a foldable rain coat, a phone holder, basic insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. The only thing not included is fuel.
Send us one WhatsApp message with your location. Our team rides out and either fixes it on the spot or swaps the bike — usually within 30–60 minutes.
Yes, most of our scooters have a half-day rate (up to 6 hours). Maxi-scooters above 200cc are daily-only.
Cash in IDR is most common. We also accept bank transfer, GoPay, and OVO. Card payments via QRIS are available on request.
